Pat started in the title business in 1995, when the Texan Title family began with South Land Title. Since then, the Texan Title family has grown to include other independent and local title companies, with the acquisitions of Brazos County Abstract in Bryan/College Station, Security Title in West Texas, Guaranty Title in Navasota, Washington County Abstract in Brenham, Longhorn Title in Williamson County, and Highland Lakes Title in Texas Hill Country. In 2019, Texan Title added an underwriter, Texan Title Insurance Company, to the Texan Title family.
