With more than 30 years of experience and a statewide reputation for excellence, Lisa brings extraordinary expertise, energy, and leadership to our growing team.
A Proven Leader in Texas Title Insurance
Lisa’s career has spanned every corner of the industry—from underwriting and regulatory guidance to escrow education and professional development. She is a licensed attorney and CPA, and she holds all three of the Texas Land Title Association’s premier professional designations as well as one national designation from the American Land Title Association:
- Certified Title Insurance Professional (CTIP)
- Certified Abstract Examination Professional (CAEP)
- Certified Escrow Settlement Professional (CESP)
- Certified National Title Professional (NTP)
These designations reflect not only her mastery of complex title matters but also her ongoing commitment to learning, teaching, and strengthening the title profession in Texas.
Over the years, Lisa has become a beloved instructor and mentor. She has taught extensively through TLTA programs, including the Land Title School of Texas and the Texas Land Title Institute, where she is known for transforming complicated topics into clear, engaging, and even enjoyable learning experiences. Her contributions were recognized when she was honored with TLTA’s Peggy Hayes Teaching Excellence Award.
Elevating Education & Expanding Support for Independent Agents
In her new role at TTIC, Lisa will lead a major expansion of our continuing education and professional development initiatives. Her work will focus on:
- Enhancing and growing TTIC’s escrow CE programming
- Strengthening agent training resources statewide
- Providing advanced underwriting insight and guidance
- Supporting our expanding network of independent title agents across Texas
Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Lisa will serve agents throughout the entire state as part of our continuing education and training division.
