When devastating floods struck the Texas Hill Country earlier this summer, our communities rallied together. In just over two weeks, a remarkable $440,000 was raised to aid relief and recovery in Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point, and Comfort.
Texan Title Insurance Company, as part of the Texan Title Holdings family of companies, was proud to stand alongside our sister companies, customers, and community partners to support this effort. At the onset of the crisis, we personally contributed to the fund and reached out to our network of independent title company customers and industry friends, encouraging them to join us in helping those in need. The response was extraordinary.
This donation drive — led by Texas First Bank with support from Security State Bank, South Land Title, and many generous individuals and businesses — reflects the spirit of “Texans helping Texans.” Collectively, our family of companies, including Prominent Title, Highland Lakes Title, and Longhorn Title, contributed $50,000 toward the cause, with Texan Title Insurance Company playing a direct role in mobilizing additional support from across the state.
“Texan Title Insurance is proud to be part of the Doyle family of companies in supporting such an important charity,” said Russ Sugg, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. “The devastation of the flood and the impact on the families involved is generational. We have agents throughout the Hill Country and Texas who have been affected directly and indirectly. Our belief in ‘Texans helping Texans’ is not just a phrase — it’s how we do business and how we show up for our communities.”
We are deeply grateful to every customer, partner, and neighbor who joined in this effort. Your generosity is making a tangible difference for families rebuilding their lives after unimaginable loss.
